Shoojit Sircar is an Indian filmmaker, director and producer known for his work in Hindi films. He has received several awards, including three National Film Awards and two Filmfare Awards from five nominations. He rose to prominence in Hindi cinema with a romantic comedy flick, Vicky Donor, which was a super hit at the Indian box office. He is also the co-founder of the film production company Rising Sun Films.
