Puneet Bhatia has successfully handled and exited multiple investments in Private Equity and Mezzanine Finance, and facilitated FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS in INDIAN REAL ESTATE. Prior to joining SHAPOORJI PALLONJI, Puneet worked for almost seven years at WELLS FARGO as SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – REAL ESTATE ASIA. He joined WELLS FARGO (Legacy WACHOVIA) in 2006 and played a key role in investments of approximately USD 500 MILLION, completing the entire life cycle of investments.
